Absolute BEST hostel I have ever stayed in. Very friendly, helpful, great staff. Social areas were great. Best part is that in the rooms the beds are separate from the bathroom areas. So people could shower etc without waking you. A+ rating. Would stay again and again and again!
I stayed in a 6-person dorm, it was a small room so there was not much space for bags, etc. Felt very tiny in there.

I had an exceptional stay at this hostel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great tapas bars. The staff was outstanding, always friendly and helpful. The female dorm room was comfortable, with lockable storage for our belongings. The bathroom was newly renovated and very clean. The hostel had great facilities, including a terrace and chill area. The breakfast provided was also delicious. Highly recommended!
Occasional sewage smell in the common areas. However, the staff addressed the issue and explained that it was due to underground work being done in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at Koba! The location was perfect, right in the heart of a hip neighborhood and close to everything. The hostel had a great vibe and there were lots of spaces to hang out and meet other travelers. The super nice team and dedicated, always ready to provide information and tips. The breakfast was delicious with good coffee and the rooms were comfortable with thoughtful details like individual lamps and sockets for phones. The hostel also had a huge kitchen and a great terrace. I highly recommend this place!

The location of the hostel was excellent, with easy access to the beach and the train/bus station. I really appreciated being able to walk to all the main attractions in the city. the shared dorms were spacious and provided enough privacy. the lockers were also large enough to fit my backpack, which was convenient. Another advantage was the well-equipped kitchen, where I could prepare my own meals. the breakfast in the morning had a good variety of options for different tastes.
The lack of laundry facilities on-site. It would have been more convenient to have them available, especially during a longer stay.

The staff at the hostel were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome and gave me great recommendations for local activities. the location of the hostel was perfect, with easy access to both the city center and the beach. I also enjoyed the free breakfast provided, it was a great way to start my day.
One aspect that I didn't like was the lack of communication between guests. the atmosphere didn't encourage interaction and it felt a bit isolated at times.

I stayed at Koba Hostel for 4 nights and it was an incredible experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the lounge area was relaxing, and the kitchen was spacious with a complimentary breakfast in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the showers were conveniently located in the rooms. The hostel had fast internet and stylish decoration, making my stay satisfying. Additionally, the owners and staff provided great tips on local activities and dining options. The private double room was clean, spacious, and felt more like a hotel than a hostel. The facilities and common areas were also clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the beach, old town, bus and train station, and there were good cafes and tapas nearby. my experience at Koba Hostel was amazing and I would highly recommend it.
Would recommend this hotel.

Good location, just a short walk from the train/bus station and close to the nearest beach. the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the outdoor terrace area and the access to the kitchen outside of breakfast hours. the breakfast was also good with regular replenishment of supplies. we would be happy to stay here again for our next romantic escape.
There were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. the walls of the hostel were quite thin, so we could hear noise from other guests.

The breakfast options were great, with a choice of toast, cereal, coffee, fruit. The 8-person dorm was surprisingly comfortable, and the daily cleaned bathrooms were a nice touch. Great location, close to the beach and within walking distance to everything. The rooms were modern and clean, and the bathroom facilities were dedicated to each room. Loved the chilled vibes of the common areas and the well-equipped kitchen. Meeting cool people during breakfast was a bonus.
Breakfast time was very crowded, especially with families and kids. It felt a bit more chaotic compared to the rest of the stay.
